California roll

Ever bought those california or handroll takeaway ? Ever feel frustrated on how do you actually peel the wrapper in the correct way? Though instructions are provided (probably in Jap) but each time I buy, I can't seems to figure out how to unwrapped it in the way that I don't have to take out the whole chunk of rice and the seaweed separately and re wrap it my way. I thought I figured it out once or twice, but the next time when I buy another roll I have to figure out once more.
